 จดหมายความสัมพันธ์  Relationship Letter

            จดหมายความสัมพันธ์จำเป็นมากสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการยื่นขอวีซ่าแบบมีสปอนเซอร์หรือมีผู้รับรองการเดินทาง การมีสปอนเซอร์หรือผู้รับรองในการเดินทางจะสามารถทำให้ทางสถานทูตเห็นว่าผู้ยื่นขอวีซ่าจะมีความสะดวกสบายในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ ตลอดทั้งยังมีผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้ต่างๆที่เกิดขึ้นตลอดการเดินทาง เช่น ค่าที่พัก ค่ายานพาหนะ ค่าอาหารการกิน ค่ารักษาพยาบาลหากเกิดการเจ็บป่วย โดยทางสถานทูตสามารถตรวจสอบได้จากเอกสารส่วนตัวของผู้ที่เป็นสปอนเซอร์หรือผู้รับรองนั้นเอง การเขียนจดหมายความสัมพันธ์ควรให้ผู้ที่เป็นสปอนเซอร์หรือผู้รับรองเป็นผู้เขียนจดหมายต่อสถานทูตเพื่อเชิญชวนและรับรองให้กับผู้ที่ต้องการยื่นขอวีซ่า เพื่อไปพำนักในประเทศของสปอนเซอร์หรือผู้รับรองนั้นเอง  การเขียนจดหมายความสัมพันธ์ต่อสถานทูต สปอนเซอร์หรือผู้รับรองควรเขียนเป็นภาษาหลักของประเทศนั้น เช่น ประเทศอังกฤษ ควรเขียน เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หรือ ประเทศเบลเยี่ยม ควรเขียนเป็นภาษา ดัชท์

         การเขียนจดหมายความสัมพันธ์ควรเขียนมาจากเหตุการณ์จริงที่เกิดขึ้นไม่ควรเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่จำลองขึ้นมา เนื่องจากเอกสารในการยื่นวีซ่าทางสถานทูตจะสามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่าตรงกับจดหมายความสัมพันธ์ที่เขียนขึ้นมาหรือไม่ หากเอกสารไม่สัมพันธ์กับจดหมายที่เขียนขึ้น ผู้ยื่นขอวีซ่าอาจจะถูกสถานทูตปฎิเสธวีซ่าได้ และ หากต้องยื่นในครั้งต่อไปก็จะหมดความน่าเชื่อถือต่อทางสถานทูต

 I first met Miss xxxxxxx when I went to Thailand (year) and we became very good friends. She took me sightseeing to some very beautiful places, which I enjoyed very much. We spent xxxxxx  .

I would like to invite Miss XXXXXXX   Passport No : XXXXXX  to xxxxxxx  to stay with my family for 2  weeks. It would be very nice to have her with my family. May be the best is that she spend one week at ski, and then come back to xxxxxxx  to visit great places (Tour Eiffel, château de versailles, different places of Paris) and any things she will be interested.

During she stay in xxxxxxx,  I will bear all her responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial responsibilities, return air ticket fare to travel from Thai to xxxxxx and back, travel expenses within xxxxxxx, medical insurance (which she had already), housing and food. She will stay with my family in my house located at the above address.

During she stay here, She will also get an opportunity to see and experience the western culture, meet different kinds of people and different variety of food. You will also enjoy the nice weather and the nice city I live in.
